Novaset LTD is a UK-based eCommerce brand selling across multiple online platforms, including TikTok Shop, eBay, and Walmart. As the business continued to grow, the client needed a more efficient way to manage daily operations, product records, customer information, sales, invoices, returns, and waste.
The objective was to replace Novaset LTD’s manual Excel-based workflow with a modern, centralized software system. The goal was to help the client manage key business operations from one platform, reduce manual work, improve record accuracy, and make daily management faster and easier.
Before the software, Novaset LTD was managing most of its business operations manually through Excel sheets. Inventory records, sales tracking, customer data, invoices, returns, and waste management were all handled separately, which required a lot of time and effort. Invoices were created by hand, customer details were stored in spreadsheets, and tracking product returns or wasted stock was difficult. The manual process made it harder to keep records organized, monitor inventory levels, and manage daily operations smoothly. The client also had no proper low-stock alert system, which made it difficult to know when inventory was close to running out. This created a risk of stock shortages and made inventory planning less reliable.
We developed a custom business management software for Novaset LTD that brings all major operations into one centralized dashboard. The system allows the client to manage inventory, customers, invoices, sales records, returns, and waste without depending on multiple Excel sheets. The software includes a structured inventory management system where products can be tracked more easily. We also integrated low-stock alerts, allowing the client to receive notifications before inventory runs out. This helps the business plan stock updates more confidently and avoid unexpected shortages. Customer data is now stored properly inside the system, making it easier to access and manage. Invoices can be created faster, sales records are organized in one place, and return or waste records can be managed clearly without manual confusion. The final platform gave Novaset LTD a cleaner, faster, and more reliable way to manage business operations through one modern software system.
React was used for frontend development, creating a smooth and responsive user experience. Tailwind CSS was used for modern UI styling, clean layouts, and a professional dashboard design. Vite was used for fast frontend development and optimized performance. Firebase was used as the backend and database solution to store and manage business data securely. Google Authentication was integrated to provide secure login access for the software.
The custom software instantly improved Novaset LTD’s workflow by replacing manual Excel-based management with one centralized platform. The client can now manage inventory, customers, invoices, sales records, returns, and waste from a single dashboard. Business operations are now faster, more organized, and easier to track.
